Poor after construction trouble shooting

Gavin and his team leader Markus, along with the subcontractor, Francois (steel and wood work) beautifully renivated our outside patio in July 2024. However, many niggles after the fact came in the months to follow, especially relating to the steel and wood balustrades. We have been begging them to come and fix the wood that is pulling off the balustrades due to bad workmanship since September last year. Absolutely no action. They promise to attend to it ‘next week’. It has now been 5 months. Frnacois still had to finish some of his work, for which we had already paid, but he just ignored all messages and never returned. Shame on you.
