grade 1 school books and registration -

I have paid for books (and a have a receipt) which the owner refuses to give to me. I am one month in arrears. I am trying to contact her to make payment arrangements - she has blocked both me and my husband after numerous messages that we can collect the books and that my child cant suffer because of Covid 19. I then asked where is my child registered with, Impaq and GED does not have the school on their system. I am waiting for feedback from the department of Education. The principal is the go between and the owner now refuses to tell me where my child is registered with. Please can you advise me
