Einhell was literally an ein hell experience
So disappointed and will never buy einhell again. Bought einhell cordless vacuum cleaner in December 2025 for holiday home. Paid over R3k. I did my research and reviews were great. Low and behold. After using it once a week for 4 months the motor burned out. Einhell told me to courier it at my own cost to their Cape Town office and back to my home again. They also told me that courier costs plus costs to replace motor will be the same as a new Einhell cordless vacuum cleaner. I am so utterly disappointed. I was convinced that by paying more for a product it will give me more. The feedback from Einhell was so poor. The customer service could not spell, provided no assistance at all to explain why the motor of vacuum cleaner burned out after using it literally not more than 16 times and told me in so many words to go and buy a new one. My much cheaper vacuum cleaner at my primary home which is used 3 times a week for the last 7 years have not given me ANY problems. So much for paying more for so-called quality.
