No deposit returned

<p>We booked a holiday flat with Eileen's Holiday Accommodation in Uvongo, KZN. The contract stipulated that the deposit of R1 000.00 will be paid within 24 hours. It is now almost 1 month after we returned from holiday, and we still have not recieved our deposit. I have called numerous times, hearing promises and excuses about why it have not been returned. We know that there were no breakages. We even left a day earlier due to the break-in and theft of cell phones, tablets and wallets from the flat, while we were sleeping during the early hours of January 1, 2017. We are disgusted at the poor and dishonost conduct of a company who is quite well-known in Uvongo, Margate and surroundings.</p>
