<p> my family and I booked a holiday at silverleaf lane in port edward during the easter weekend with anton from eileens holiday accommodations and they asked us to pay a r500 cleaning fee and a r1000 breakage deposit. we paid in full but on arrival the house was filthy which we complained about and after we left the premises he was supposed to refund the deposit since there was no breakage. But when I.called him about the deposit he refuse to pay. always makes excuses and the latest excuse was that the house was dirty after wr left but bare in mind we paid for a **** separately. th refundable deposit was only for breakage.</p> <p>Dont ever book with them again. They are very unprofessional and **********. I did my homework after I faced the problem and found out that I was not the only person ****med. Pleease be carefull</p>
