Worse customer experience at a pharmacy

I received the worst possible service at this pharmacy! One goes to a pharmacy because your not feeling well, but when you get there staff at the dispensary is unfriendly and just ignore you . I arrived at the pharmacy 17:30 with a pharmacist on duty with 2 assistants. The one was on her phone finishing a voice note on WhatsApp and the other one was busy issuing pre packed prescriptions and the pharmacist was busy checking these prescriptions! Ignoring the people who’s waiting no acknowledgement non whatsoever ! They Need training on customer service as well! The one first finished her voice note and then called one whilst the other one was still busy! I was only assisted at 17:55. I come from customer service and I have learned you acknowledge your customers greet them with a smile display a sense of urgency and not talking and shouting to one another.
