Worst Service In History

This doesn’t deserve a star.

This mail is sent with a very unsatisfied and disrespected heart.

I arrived at the Pineslopes establishment around 21:15 on the 31st August 2024 and everything I ordered took forever to reach my table. I ordered 6 Coronas and a Long Island ****tail and they arrived after 20 minutes. My wife ordered 4 cans of JC Le Roux and I ordered a hubbly which did not arrive at our table after an hour. I asked the waiter who was serving us, Sfiso, to call the manager and he literally threw his hands in the air and shrugged us off. I mad eye contact with the hubbly lady and she literally hid behind the bar. Now this is over an hour of us waiting. I was hosting friends of mine from out of the province but the service we were given was unbelievable. We also ordered a pizza and it was not cooked. When I raised this with Sfiso the waiter he just shook his head and walked away.

From your rude staff to the unsatisfactory service, I am beyond disappointed. I will spread the word on any and every social media platform that i am able to.

This is not just a unsatisfied customer but a highly annoyed patron of your establishment. This is the worst experience I’ve ever received in my life. Especially for a paying patron.
