Disgraceful Bar manager

After requesting from the bar manager to kindly turn his music down on Sunday evening of the 20th August, he blatantly refused and made it clear patrons and neighbours don't matter to him. The music outside was so loud and there were 2 people in his establishment, none which could even hear one another speak, and the gentleman putting in a live music display at Lock, Stock and Beer was disregarded because it wasn't the bar manager's problem and he didn't care that the request was made by customers. Disgraceful and I hope the establishment will have a conversation with their staff regarding customer care and basic respect in the hospitality industry
