Wine tasting ****

I am not from Joburg and thought it would be nice to have a wine tasting while I was there. I booked for two for the 25th of September and paid to secure a space. After some days I was told that they don't open on weekends anymore and had to change my appointment, which was then moved to Friday. We then went there on Friday the 24th of September and the place was closed. I called to enquire and was told that they don't open on public holidays and it was not communicated before. After a brief communication I was promised a refund, I sent banking details and screen shots of the email communications to prove that I was not at fault for the miscommunication. It's been a week now with no refund and communication from them.
