Horrific!

I never knew people could do such a horrible job and still have the audacity to sent you in invoice! It is the worst service I have ever experienced and this guy has no idea what he is doing. So let's start at the beginning, we asked for a screed floor. On day one they removed all the old tiles and everything in my house was full of dust, they didn't even bother to cover anything or at least let us to cover anything, we slept in a pile of dust that evening. Day two they didn't even bother to show up for work. Day 3 they told us they would be here at 7 in the morning to finish the job, they showed up at 10. It is now one week later and the floor looks terrible! The sealer is lifting, after one day and the edges aren't sealed at all! Behind the toilet and sink no effort was done, the raw cement is just laying there, didn't even clean it up.
