Uber No Support

Via some phishing sms my Uber Account was hacked and some person used my profile to take a R6988 trip in the Durban area while I am in Cape Town. Multiple support messages via Uber help in the app was to no avail as I have been sending it since the incident on the 11th of December when I became aware of the ********** activity on my profile. Uber support system is poor to say the least. No support is actually more accurate. I did not take this trip and they won't fix it.
