Bad support system

In RSA uber requested us to take out meter cab permits to be able to operate. I saw it as ***** but I only app**** for the permit to be able to work on uber platform. Government realised that we as ehailing is applying for meter cabs permits put a stop to everything. Since then uber extended our permits every year. Recently the uber support is handed by Pakistanis I assume. We are battling to get the proper help required. A month ago before my extended permit expired I queried what they going to do when it expires. Everyday I phoned I fought up to today still haven't received any help. My account even got blocked because of the incompetence of their support team. Know I can't go online to work. I knew this was going to happen that's why I queried it weeks before. Everytime they say sorry for the inconvenience and our relative team will assist me and contact me. Still nothing has happened. I even got a email saying that my permit will be extended but it got blocked rather. I've been doing uber for almost 5 years now and have over 16k trips and this is how they treat their partners and drivers. This is disgusting. I personally think that uber and bolt should be kicked out of RSA cause they exploiting drivers/partners. I will do my utmost best to assist the new ehailing South African app to be a success cause they have good intentions. Uber/bolt must fall. These international apps are just here to make money for themselves. So I'm sitting with the problem of not being able to go online to make money. Who is going to pay my bills all my documents are up to date and the permit there is nothing we can do about it. That is a problem between them and the government.
