Unpleasant Owner and lies when purchasing from Egypt Home Decor

This furniture store is absolutely terrible. they are based in PMB Manchester Road in the china mall. I have purchased a set of couches in August this year. it is only 2 months old. the set on display was really good, however the set they have given me is very very bad quality. all you can feel is wood. I have contacted the owner on a number of occasions and he is very rude. when purchasing they explained that I have a year should I not be happy with anything. Im really not happy with the quality as its hard and you can feel the wood, but they refuse to help me instead they are so rude. it seems like they just wanted to make the sale and don not care once they receive they money.
