VERY POOR SERVICE, UNINFORMED STAFF

<p>I need to change JUST the surname of one of the passengers of the flight I booked. I phoned the number displayed on the ticket issued several times before someone answered. The local offices are unable to assist me as it was an online booking. I have sent numerous emails with no response. The last email sent bounced back because the local offices in Rosebank gave me the wrong email address. I have also lodged complaints online, with no response. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE!!!!</p>
