Terrible!!!!!!

Terrible company. Not even worth one star.. Cheap, but hopeless service. Lost 2 suitcases on our South African trip, and after more than 3 weeks only 1 has been recovered and returned. No tel calls, not able to reach them, hopeless company. Never again!!!!!!
