Struggling to get refund from their mistake

<p>After failing at attempting to change my flight via the Egypt Air website I still got charged 87 pound. I have sent numerous requests for refund and even submitted a complaint and just get refered to the refunds department who is not answering any email whatsoever, seems like it is not safe at all to use their website since you will be charged incorrectly and never see your money again. I also selected my seats online and was assigned to the worst possible seat on the second flight! Will never use Egypt Air again! </p>
