LOST LUGGAGE - NO FEEDBACK FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS

After a huge delay at Cairo airport we managed to get onto the flight to OR Tambo but when we arrived our one suitcase was missing. Keep in mind that this was early July and up to today there has been to concrete response or the slightest hint that they will take any ownership for our lost luggage. This is after numerous phone calls, mails and even a visit to their offices. DO NOT FLY EGYPT AIR, they are totally *********** and lack basic customer service. Communication is certainly not part of their business culture. Will not use them even if I get a free ticket......
