EgyptAir are just too slow

I recently purchased tickets online on EgyptAir and I'm still waiting for them too issue my e tickets.I tried too email and call but they dont respond.im currently in dbn and have to book a domestic flight to reach jhb but dissapointed with the poor service.Im requesting a refund as I will rather book with an airline who can respond to my needs.i dont want to hear excuses or yourll needing proof of payment.Thank you
