EGYPT AIR RELUCTANT IN PAYING REFUND

I bought a air ticket with Egypt Air in March 2020 (thus expiring March 2021). My VISA was disapproved by the Netherlands 12 Dec 20 reason was health risk - Covid 19 due to my age. (I was suppose to fly to the Netherlands on 13 Dec 20). Since the 12th Dec 2020 I have made numerous calls to Egypt Air, sent several Emails requesting a refund, but to no avail, you only receive an automated reply, the personnel is VERY reluctant to assist My attempt to receive my refund is ongoing since 12 December 2020. Egypt Air is totally reluctant in any actions in assisting or refunding.
