EGYPT AIR POOR SERVICE

I had a flight with Egypt air, about a week before my flight they sent me an email telling me the flight was cancelled and gave me another date however I could not meet this new date and chose to cancel my booking and opt for a refund. I have been waiting since the 7th of April for my money and I cannot get a hold of ANYONE via email or phone at Egypt Air. Absolutely shocking service. Not recommend them.
