EGYPT AIR LOST BAGGAGE

I travelled on Egypt Air returning back home and one of my bags were missing. The attendant took all my details I filled in a PIR form that was 3 weeks ago. I was asked to fill in a claim form . I emailed it to Egypt air waited a week no response as to whether they received the claim form. I have been in contact with Menzies as well but their service is also not good. Not once have they even called to say that the bag is still not found. I have been calling them everyday . Please help me send this message across to Egypt air.
