Egypt Air = cheap tickets = worst service

Flying ftom JHB to Cairo we were told to check in at 6pm. By 7pm check in counters were closed with staff standing around showing no interest in assisting passengers or even apologising for the delay. Of the 8 airlines we have flown in the past, this airline will never see my business again
