Delayed luggage!!!!!

Our luggage was lost upon our trip back on the 13th July. We have been waiting for our luggage to be sent from Cairo for the last 5 days and have been promised the bags will be on the next connecting flight to Johannesburg. Each time we call the Johannesburg offices they advise that the two delayed bags have not been loaded Onto the flight. There is no response From Egypt air via e-mail as they request you to log your issue and no one answers the office phones. The service is absolutely shocking and we have been without our luggage for almost a week now!!!! There is still No guarantee from Egypt air that they can get our bags back to us even though they have been located. Worst customer service ever!
