Absent customer service in Jhb

I think there are very few organisations who I would rate with the lowest rating. It would seem that my experiences are not alone and I would saw that Egyptair needs to take not of comments and invest in improving? Had a technical issue on a flight out of OR Tambo in Johannesburg. This is not under control of the airline. The was that they dealt with the passengers (their customers) was the worst level of care that I have ever experienced. Zero communication for close on the 24 hrs. In this massive regional airport I could not find a representative to explain/help. I will NEVER fly Egyptair again. Not great for the country’s national carrier
