Abrupt, untidy, unhelpful air hostesses!

Received shocking service on both flights from Jhb-Cairo-Jhb. Your air stewards need some serious training on customer service! They made the flights extremely unpleasant with their visible annoyance of servicing patrons. Furthermore, they reserved seven rows of 4-seater configurations to sleep on all flights. They did not used those cordoned off with the curtain as this is only 2 seater configurations. They moved passengers to accommodate their sleep! Ludicrous! They could not get the food and drinks out to patrons quick enough so they could sleep. Have never experienced this on any other airline. They wake up and instead of making sure they are neat and tidy and impeccably dressed as air stewardesses should be, their hair was messy and make up smudged. Everything was an effort. A gentleman asked for water on the flight and visibly annoyed gave him a 1litre bottle to keep so she didnt have to pour it. When i asked for water, the hostess poured it so rudely and spilt water on me! If this is how Egyptair looks after customers then Regrettably that was my first and final flight with Egyptair! Jhb-Cairo on 21 Jan - MS 840 Cairo-Jhb on 29 Jan - MS839 Egypt airprt is also dirty and untidy - the whole place smells of stale smoke! The smoking area never keeps the door closed. Toilets are not clean. Overall a really unpleasant experience. I would not pay good money to use this airline ever again. Not with those air hostesses. On all flights (including the connections) they were just abrupt and blatantly rude!
