Empty promises for delivery

It's been more than 2 to 3 years that I have been querying for the delivery of the pulpit that was paid for and to this date, I still don't have the pulpit. J have been doing one too many follow up and every time there's a story to tell. By the looks of it year 3 will also come to an end again whilst o am still waiting for the pulpit. I am exhausted even with the constant follow up that are jot yielding any good results.
