Discusting service

We bought a Pulpit for our Church on the 23rd of October 2019 with these guys, this was supposed to be a gift. When the pulpit arrived, it was broken and we couldn't take it. They promised to redo the pulpit and send it back to us. We haven't received it till now, instead we got a very rude response from their manager Jaiden and we are still demanding our Church pulpit.
