A year later-still no delivery!!!

Its now almost a year later since paying the deposit of R10 000, and mr Appel still didnt perform. I have won the case at the small claims court and mr Appel just states he did not get the summons. He also said that he lives with his father in law (a border), but doesnt have money. Be very careful....by hearsay he changed his company name. Mr Appel, please could you discuss refunding me?????
