Bad service

The owner of Ego Funeral Services is so inconsiderate, lies in your face does not want to take responsibility or accountability of his actions. He does not respect the dead. They gave us the wrong confirmation letter for our block number and we layed down the concrete at the wrong grave. When approached him and his staff about it and he insisted it is the correct block. He is so unreliable. We nearly put the tombstone at the wrong grave thanks to the cemetery care takers by giving and pulling out the correct record.
