NO ACCOUNTABILITY
I've just spent a whole bunch of money with These guys which I've done previously without any issues.
Now for some reason i cant redeem my Gift card because its showing I'm in a different region, which I'm clearly not. They aren't willing to refund me, or at least cancel the card and credit me. Not willing to help me out at all.
SO BEWARE, they don't care about ANNY issues the card kicks up. its not there fault its yours.

20 Jul 2021, 13:34We're sorry to hear you had a poor experience. Unfortunately our agreements with 3rd-party brands require support queries to go through them as they both issue the gift cards and provide the service related to the gift card. We aren't able to investigate 3rd-party account or service related issues our side since we have no access to their systems, and cannot share personal details with them due to privacy restrictions. If the the 3rd-party support confirm a fault with the gift card, only then can we escalate our side and potentially provide a refund if a fault is confirmed by the brand. This ensures that account and service issues are dealt with correctly.
Should the 3rd-party support confirm there is a fault with the gift card, please get in touch with us so that we can investigate the matter further. Although you don't mention which gift card you purchased, if it is for Google Play we have found a number of reasons for the country error which may not have been known at the time you contacted us. I'm unable to identify your account, so please get in touch if this is the case. The Google Play country error is solely an account or environment problem though and not a gift card issue, and we therefore can only suggest possible solutions based on customers who experienced and resolved the same issue. The recommended method is contacting Google Support so they can investigate on your account.
