Very poor service and my worst online shopping experience

Worst online experience ordered and items online in December delivery was supposed to be 20th Jan then moved out to Feb 23. I then cancelled and requested a refund early Feb. Was told it takes 10 days waiting the 10 days then told 28th Feb. Then told they too busy and now still wait with Chantal not replying to emails they not taking calls. Never had to wait this long for a online refund. Service has been very poor
