Still no refund since September

Ordered products form eGadgets earlier this year and even though they claimed that we would receive a refund in September, now 2 months later they haven't made a single payment. They promised they would make payments in increments for some reason but no payment has been made. Can I please ask why we haven't received a refund when a full refund was promised ages ago?

My reviews keep getting removed and im not sure why when this money is owed and hasnt been paid but ill keep posting till my refund has been paid.
