Stay Away from eGadgets

I paid for a 100Ah LiFePo battery in September 2021 and to date haven't received anything. 6 months ago I requested a refund of R5800 or so and also still nothing after numerous promises. These guys and girls are just plain ****mers and are busy with ******** activities. They do mention that they do not tolerate rudeness in correspondence. I haven't been rude yet and so they carry on. Their terms and conditions mean nothing. I don't know what to do. What makes it more difficult is that I am based in Namibia. I will be in South Africa after easter and will be laying charges against them.
