Shocking service from eGadgets SA tel no ***

I,ve placed the order for Ecoflow power station . Paid them in full with EFT transfer . After 2 today's they offer me something else , which i rejected. They told me that the item is not available . So i've cancelled the order and am still waiting for refund . Shocking service !!!
