Really really disappointed
We got the laptop and struggled with it from the moment we turned it on. We have sent it back countless times and the last time they said that "nothing is wrong with the laptop", yet they did tell us in an e-mail that they are sorry and that there are a few of the units giving problems. It's slower than my sister-in-law's 4 year old laptop, which she rather works on now. Really disappointed in their customer service but more so in their product.
