Poor service no refund

<div>I ordered a mercer Inverter from e gadgets in the first week of October and paying for 24-hour delivery the unit was not delivered it was still not delivered by the end of October early November and eventually by the 21 November after a huge fight and poor service i cancelled the order. I now cannot get my money refunded over 30 days have gone by with no refund and now the accounts department is closed and i am forced to now take legal action. do not purchase from these people</div>
