No refund empty promises

I am tired of empty promises for my refund of R6100 after I bought x2 solar batteries and were not delivered. On 19 December 2022 I visited their Melville branch to get goods equivalent to my outstanding amount and they refused saying its *******. But is it legal to take someone's money without delivering the goods? They ended up saying if you don't want to vacate our store you will be forcibly removed by security. Imagine
