eGadgets- Most usless company I ha e ever worked with!!!!
Usless beyond measure!!!! Can never get hold of anyone, Bianca from Sales is never available, never gets back to you. Still waiting for area manager to contact us for our complaint and if u call no answer or everyone works remotely (Bull***x). Ur quick to take my money but is less to deliver. EtA on my computer ordered in March moved from 19 April to 25 May now moved out to September!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

30 Jul 2022, 12:24Good day Rene. We hope you are well. We did explain and stress that ETAs are estimated dates and that we are at the mercy of our distributors. If the ETA moves forward with them, it moves forward with us which we relay to you, the customer.
We also forwarded our communication with our supplier to you.
We offered you a full refund as well which we got no response to. We would like to have this resolved soon. We await responses to our emails.
