EGadgets - Empty promises

In October 2022 I placed an order online for two Mecer Lithium ion batteries (cost of R14 425) on back order. My order kept getting delayed due to stock availability. Fed up with waiting, in February 2023 I cancelled the order and waited for their customary 30 day refund period. It is now 02 May and still no refund! Each week I keep getting promised that my payment is being processed. Plenty of excuses from them and lots of empty promises. Do not buy from EGadgets!!! Now they don't even answer phone calls!
