Do not trust

Do not buy anything from this "company". After ordering an item and not hearing from them for 3 weeks we contacted them to follow up. Was told the item we ordered was the last in stock, was damaged and they are trying to source a new item. A few weeks go by and again we contact them to follow up and decide to request a refund. They promise to refund us, but every week we are following up and empty promises are made. Finally they say it takes 10 to 14 days for a refund and we should receive our money towards the end of the 14 days. 14 days pass, no refund. So we issue them with a formal letter of demand where they have 14 days to refund us. They acknowledge receipt of this letter. Another 14 days just passed, so now I am going to the clerk of our local Small Claims Court to issue a summons against them in order to recover the unpaid debt. Spare yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.
