Beware of buying from eGadgets - You may lose your money

Careful when doing business with eGadgets.co.za. I may have been ****med by them: I purchased a Mecer inverter for R11,000 on 4 March this year. The unit wasn't delivered, I followed up, and they said the reason for non-delivery was that they did not have stock, but delivery will be made on 24 March. Then the promised ETA moved to the first week of May. That wasn't acceptable, and I requested a refund on 31 March. The refund was promised, but the promise was broken, I have been given the runaround since then. I am starting to think that they are either running a ****, or they may have cashflow problems. My advice: Rather pay more and use a reputable online store
