Bad business

Don't order from them. Ordered in February 2023. Promise delivery end of February 2023. Requested refund on 8th of March 2023. Was informed according to their terms and conditions refund will take place 30 days because amount is over R10 000. Refund should be on 8th of April 2023. Follow up on refund on the 22nd of April 2023. Informed me they have a lot of refund will be paid first week of May 2023. 58 days later and still no refund. Today I was informed payment the 25th of May 2023. What will be the next excuse. Ridiculous
