1 year no delivery, followed by no refund

I ordered a lithium battery from them (on backorder), the battery came back to the market at many other retailers, however, eGadgets was unable to get the product for over a year. Then on cancelling my order they have not refunded me after 4 months. They continually say they will schedule payment for the next week, which has never happened.
