ZIpZap does not work and waste of money

<p>When i got the machine in March is was on going hassels for about two weeks before it finally started to work, now a few months later i see i cant do manuall transactions and that was one of the options i selected when signing up. So they told me they will sort it out. then they send me another machine that is the same... i'm still not able to do manaul transactions. then when you call the call centre the process is starting to go in circles where the one deptartment just sends you to the next department. Nothing is coming to a point.</p>
