Urgently settlement

I app**** for swiping machine with company EFTPOS and when I app**** I was told that I will be paid evry second day and that happened some months. Lately I have not been paid since the 4th of february 2019. I have been in contact with since last week. They keep on promising to revert back and that never materialized. Every my daily transactions have not been paid to me and I have no idea why. Could you please assist me to get my money from these people now.
