Worst removals company in South Africa!

I hardly ever give poor reviews but felt the need to alert others of this business.

Charging R37k for a move from Johannesburg to Cape Town, I trusted them with my possessions only to be severely disappointed, by lies and deceit (their sales lady) as well as SEVERE damage to my possessions / valuables.

They did not keep to timelines and my goods were shifted from pillar to post. Promised delivery was delayed by many days and I had to lose my temper to get delivery done. First my goods were coming to Cape Town via Kimberley and then suddenly the driver communicated that he was in George on the way to Cape Town?

Terrible customer service. Quick to take your deposit and payment in advance, but take no responsibility for their shoddy workmanship.

Almost EVERY item of furniture, and appliance was damaged in transit with no responsibility being taken whatsoever.

Management hides behind sales staff and issue strange (Gmail) email addresses not part of the company's official WWW domain for queries, but still does not respond to them.

USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL. I learnt the hard way. Don't you.
