Worst furniture removal in history

I relocated from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The agreement was that my furniture would be delivered on the 15th December. Then they advised it would be delivered on the 16th December. Then they they advised that they never worked over the long weekend and the truck left early the morning of the 17th December and my furniture would arrive on the 18th December . The 18th came and went and I was then advised that the truck would arrive on the 19th December around 14H00. I had to find accomodation for the 4 day delay experienced. When the truck finally arrived around 17H00 on the 19th December, they sent a 7.5 ton truck instead of a 3 ton truck as instructed. The estate has strict rules when it comes to the weight of the truck. EFI then made their problem my problem. They took no responsibility for the errors. They made me pay and additional R600 to carry my furniture in. Throughout this misery, whenever we tried to call or send messages, they never answer. I was at the point of thinking they stole my furniture. The furniture was delivered, almost every item damaged and some items missing. Amounting to R50900 worth of damage. This excludes the expenses due to the 4 day delay experienced. Such putrid unprofessional service and they take no accountability for their actions. They make their problems your problems. They don't even deserve a star.
