Very poor service

EFI Furniture Removals provided one of the worst services I’ve ever experienced. Despite making payments and agreeing to a delivery date, my furniture wasn’t delivered as promised. This has caused me major inconvenience and additional expenses. I am not treated fairly by this company.

To make matters worse, when their team did show up, they came without the necessary protective materials like wrapping, boxes, or bubble wrap. This is basic stuff for a removal service! The lack of care for my belongings is unacceptable, and now I’m worried about potential damage.

Avoid this company if you value your time and possessions.
