Unsatisfied customers

I used EFI removals to relocate from Jhb to Cape Town. They were late for picking up my items. We agreed that they will deliver my items to Cape Town on the 1st of July 2024 but they did not show up. I had to call Caleb the owner, who was rude and did not cater to my frustration of my items not being delivered. He even blocked my numbers when I tried calling him.

2. When my items were finally delivered, the delivery guys said I should pay extra for labour of offloading which was not communicated with me.

My items were dirty and I had some broken items in my box. I didn’t even have the energy to address the broken items.

If you can please avoid, I wouldn’t recommend their services
