Unreliable meets unprofessional

We made a move from PTA to CT, I read all the reviews and felt they were unjust/unfair as we were treated so well before the real work begun, it was friendly, polite, clear communication. Which makes it seem that they are capable of keeping you updated and that they are reliable.

All of that changes from the moment they ***** you around for pickup, until they drop off your stuff 5 days later than what they arrange, all the while, making empty promise after empty promise, EFI will apoligise and then just do it again. They couldnt give us a clear day for dropoff after initial date wasnt kept. And when they eventually do arrive, they want payment before you are able to do an inventory check, as well as the new invoice will be for an amount not agreed upon, not a small amount either , when you challenge it they will lie to you, as well as then threaten to go throw your stuff in a warehouse somewhere.

Every single thing has been manhandled and all the boxes have been opened.

I urge you to believe the negative reviews, I believed I would have been the exception. It is a stressful experience, which just gets worse when using EFI, they couldnt care less about you or your stuff.
